GOALS

The launch of Phase I Fleet Transportation Services is a $30,000,000 commitment to equipment purchases in the first round of our asset-based platform. This launch will create revenue to fund our first series of commitments to all 5 of our focused areas we serve. This will capitalize our Community Service Mobile Team. As additional phases are incorporated our revenue stream will increase allowing us to expand our footprint.

FOOTPRINTS

We measure our footprint in three (3) aspects. First, is our locations we are able to reach. We only serve Texas and the Gulf Coast region at this time but will expand to other areas as we grow. DSG will scale nationwide as we develop. The second aspect to measure our footprint is by our volume we are able to serve, by tracking our growth and services to others. This is informative to our support and allows us to learn how to improve. The third aspect in how we measure our footprint is calculated by the increase in different services we are able to facilitate. Over time, DSG will assemble relationships we can support and help grow, who have demonstrated excellence in the area they successfully serve. DSG will help those organizations expand as we seek strategic partnerships. Additionally, DSG will study gaps and critical needs and work to design solutions in those areas. DSG will build an info graphic to post our constant updates and display our current operations.
VOLUNTEER

Growing our volunteer base is one of our critical needs. Each volunteer is dear to our ability in expanding DSG services.
All volunteers must register in our Volunteer Portal prior to assisting DSG. We provide sensitive care to youth and the elderly and we must screen all of our volunteers prior to your greatly needed support.
We encourage any and all volunteers to consider applying to become a paid staff member. DSG must grow our human capital in order to expand.
HIRING

DSG started with only a handful of help. As we develop, job opportunities will grow in two areas. One is in our revenue generating entities, providing daily operations, which offer full time positions. Please look for job listings in our Social Media.

The second area of our job opportunities will be paid staff-on-demand. As DSG grows our footprint, we will schedule certain services or events with dedicated frequency, requiring us to obtain reliable help. Please contact us if you would like to know how you can help us grow.
